IntelliBridge is looking for a skilled Cloud Developer with Network and System Experience. The individual will have a strong development background and proven record of designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions, leveraging infrastructure as a Code (IaC) principles and cutting edge-technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Strong proficiency in Python scripting for automation and cloud operations tasks
  • Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems for cloud deployments
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles, networking concepts, and security best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest cloud technologies
  • Possess at least one relevant cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solution Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure and AWS platforms, adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
  • Utilize Terraform to define and manage cloud infrastructure as code, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and traceability across environments.
  • Manage and maintain version control systems, particularly using Git (GitHub), to ensure codebase integrity and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline cloud operations, deployments, and resource management tasks.
  • Understand how to use AWS Console including creating new Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) instances, debugging, connectivity, provisioning users, managing credentials, configuring back up policies, and reviewing logs.
  • Understand how to configure and manage EC2 management tools like AWS Config, System Manager and Patch Manager.
  • Ability to decommission servers.
  • Engage in patching of servers (including Linux) and provide patch verifications.
  • Change disk quotas/configurations to address SolarWinds issues.
  • Update certificates for servers.
  • Install backup agent on servers to enable backups.
  • Analyze non-virtual memory high disk usage and provide options to fix.
  • Use comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security risks, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Use security best practices and compliance standards throughout the cloud infrastructure, including access controls, data encryption, and vulnerability management.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to deliver end-to-end cloud solutions.
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and incident response for cloud-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster or system failure.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure, configurations, runbooks, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on information technology implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  • Understanding of key design principles.
  • Must be able to attain a Public Trust Clearance.
