Advantage XPO is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and service for building systems in office spaces and R&D laboratories. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $42 - $48 per hour As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems in office spaces and R&D labs, with a focus on HVAC systems. You'll perform routine maintenance, ensure compliance with SOPs, and complete work orders on time. Additionally, you'll coordinate with vendors, respond to emergency maintenance requests, assist with shutdown planning, and work safely at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
