Maintenance and Custodial Assistant

Pay rate: $15 - $17/hr.

Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 7:00AM - 3:30PM or 8:00AM - 4:30PM (flexible start time)

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning, trash pickup, and removal in common areas. Clean sidewalks, walkways, and parking lots. Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, moving materials, event setup and teardown, and supporting maintenance staff with various minor maintenance items.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0-1 year of related experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license: prior forklift training is a plus.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform simple addition and subtraction.
• Capable of solving practical problems with limited existing standards and interpreting various types of instructions.
• Ability to safely use ladders, work in a team, and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
