Cruz Associates Inc. of Yorktown, VA (www.cruzinc.us) has a position open and is looking for qualified candidates for a Program Coordinator. The job location is Fort Campbell, Kentucky in support of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR). Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Scope:

The H-47 Extended Range (ER) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team is looking for a highly qualified candidate which possess the applicable acumen pertaining to DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and a Hybrid Cloud architect for the Digital Integrated Maintenance Environment (DIME) and Mission Planning. Desired skills for the expanded Program Coordinator position include an understanding of networking, cloud deployment, containerization, data engineering and microservices management for CI/CD pipelines. DIME awareness to assist with SOF unique processes and applications; a solutions architect with a network engineering background to assist with the development of the UK's digital infrastructure design; Mission Planning knowledge to assist with developing a hosting solution. Candidate must posses strong time management and organizational skills, as well as a willingness to travel conus and oconus. US Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical, analytical, program management and integration support for H-47 ER FMS program.
  • Provide guidance on containerization, microservices architecture, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Ensure cloud solutions adhere to best practices in security, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Be capable of communicating both in writing and verbally to commanders, leaders, soldiers, and industry representatives at all echelons.
  • Shall actively participate in system integration and design meetings with government and industry partners that include Technical Interface Meetings (TIM), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), and Critical Design Reviews (CDR).
  • Shall possess and apply extensive knowledge of applicable communications and architectures that support the warfighting efforts of the Department of Defense.
  • Shall develop and present information, decision and course of action briefings addressing complex challenges/issues.
  • Shall possess a Secret or Top Secret (TS) security clearance.

Required:

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience with aircraft and aircraft related technical systems development, architecture, and integration.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience directly related with integrating specialized systems or capabilities which required close coordination with multiple organizations and agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Business discipline or equivalent experience.

Desired:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ARSOA acquisition, integration and project management is highly desired.
  • Solutions Architect certification.
