What you'll need to succeed
As part of the Strategy and Business Operations team of Digital Media, the Senior Director, Strategy and Strategic Operations will work with closely with the VP, Head of Strategy and Business Operations, and Chief of Staff and other Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams in Digital Media and around the company to transform the Digital Media Business. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for working with the various product groups in Digital media to develop the business strategy and for driving the Digital Media Business planning process. You will also work closely with the Corporate Strategy and Corporate M&A teams to identify strategic areas of focus, collect and share outside in perspectives on those strategies, assist in execution of acquisitions and investments, and help manage integrations following significant acquisitions. Lastly, you will both identify and work on broad strategic initiatives across both Digital Media and Adobe as a whole.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $174,000 -- $374,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
