Job Overview:
Direct responsibility and oversight on talent acquisition strategy, process, systems, and structure for assigned regions. Manage centralized recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience; adapt as needed to align with changing business needs. Working directly with regional executives to identify labor trends, develop workforce planning strategies, and serve as their direct point of contact for Talent Acquisition needs. Monitor and develop careers internet/intranet portal content on all sites on a regular basis; facilitate updates / edits as required and in collaboration with supplier partners, marketing, and HR peers. Manage vendor relationships to evaluate cost/benefit of TriHealth's recruiting spend. Working with other HR team members to identify talent acquisition needs and leading region or system-wide projects to improve customer experience and recruiting results. Consult with applicants, vendors and customers in or to meet the recruitment requirements of organization. Manages the Background Screening Process, including participation in adjudication process and manage vendor relationship. Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations, including EEO/AAP, OFCCP and DOL regulations.
Improve Recruiting efficiency and effectiveness by developing and implementing appropriate metrics for assigned region. Generate reports from applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) for recruiting status meetings, weekly team meetings, and executive updates. Manage internal recruiting-related communications via TriHealth's corporate intranet, newsletters, etc. Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners in the community. Manage assigned Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators following TriHealth Way leader guidelines including but not limited to: Regular one-on-ones with direct reports, timely performance reviews and other good management practices, Hire and staff team appropriately with recommendations for both short- and long-term staffing models, Lead, motivate and encourage direct reports to achieve departmental and organizational goals, Serve as a team member on projects as assigned by leadership, Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years experience in HR or recruiting
