Multicultural Student Affairs Office, Division of Student Affairs Job Description
The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs at the University of Missouri-Kansas City is seeking applicants for their position of Office Support Assistant IV. The mission of Multicultural Student Affairs is to enhance and improve the college experience for students by creating opportunities for inclusive engagement, cultivating academic success, and sense of belonging. The Office Support Assistant IV is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Multicultural Student Affairs, limited support to full-time staff members and assists the Director in oversight of the department's fiscal activities and management of the day-to-day operations of the department. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Director and has daily responsibilities that include but are not limited to: * Opening and closing the MSA Office Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
* Five years progressively responsible office and customer service experience. Anticipated Hiring Range
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour commensurate on education, experience, and internal equity. Application Deadline
