We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Informatica MDM Entity360 and IDD, Informatica Active VOS, Data Management Functional, MDM Architecture, and Informatica MDM Hub Console. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive data management initiatives and contribute to the companies growth and societal impact.

Master Data Management

• Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions using Informatica MDM Entity360 and IDD.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Informatica Active VOS workflows to ensure seamless data integration.
• Provide strategic direction for data management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement MDM architecture best practices.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the Informatica MDM Hub Console, optimizing performance and reliability.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Conduct regular assessments of data management processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance data management capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in MDM technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all data management activities.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and impact of data management projects.

• Possess extensive experience in Informatica MDM Entity360 and IDD.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Informatica Active VOS and its application in data integration.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of data management functional principles and practices.
• Showcase expertise in MDM architecture design and implementation.
• Have hands-on experience with the Informatica MDM Hub Console.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Show a track record of successfully leading data management projects.

The annual salary for this position is between $141,000.00 - $166,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
