The Operations Director reports directly to the COO and is responsible for the overall direction and administration of all financial and personnel aspects of the organization. The Operations Director leads the development of long-term operational strategies for the organization and guides sectors on staffing and workload best practices and to assist in balancing the workload and staffing company wide. The Operations Director works cooperatively with organizational leadership teams to define and mobilize company-wide strategies. This position will be heavy execution but will also be responsible for fostering and developing a strategic and forward-thinking approach across the organization.
