Requisition ID req31648 Working Title IT Support Tech 1 Position Grade 09 Position Summary Summary The UNM Early Childhood Services Center (ECSC) is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician 1 to work with the Web & Technology Services team. Under general supervision, a successful IT Support Technician will work with other ECSC teams and external partners to troubleshoot, test, and resolve common technical issues; respond to internal support tickets; and install, maintain, test, and repair electronic systems and networks. The IT Support Technician will work closely with all staff at ECSC to provide first-level technical assistance and information to support various projects and contracts at ECSC. A successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues for users, manage and maintain a department-wide electronic equipment inventory, and work closely with ECSC staff to identify technological and computer needs for the department. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
