Professional Services Group and Community Impact Programs is now hiring for the Youth Worker role to join our Bridges program working with at-risk students! Here at PSG/CIP, we are a community-based social services organization seeking talented professionals like you to join our team. The Bridges program focuses on students ages 12 to 18 who are on abeyance or expulsion from their home school. Bridges is designed to be a short-term interim placement for struggling students who need one-to-one attention and resources to plan for graduation and/or career preparation, or to progress students back into the traditional school environment. Our philosophy, derived from Native American tradition, focuses on "The Circle of Courage" as the cornerstone of creating a positive educational climate for today's discouraged youth. The "Circle" affords students the opportunity to achieve success by touching on four areas of personal growth: The spirit of belonging; the spirit of mastery; the spirit of independence; and the spirit of generosity. This is a great role for both experienced individuals or recent graduates looking to transition into the human services field! Come join our team for an opportunity to serve youth in our community!
