The Planner ensures maintenance is completed effectively and on time by; Notification queue management, including work order cancellations, work order planning, maintenance plan management/coordination and ensuring GMP compliance of work orders. Maintain accurate repetitive maintenance task lists and associated bill of materials (BOMs) and purchase new parts as required for inclusion within equipment BOMs. Ensure accurate execution of urgent work orders via work order dispatch management and personnel assignment. Execution can include work order confirmations, work order rescheduling and work order cancellations. Collaborate with leadership to prioritize, targets and milestones. Represent the department functionally, cross-functionally and cross-site for various activities and initiatives applying discretion to independently address issues or resolve problems. Contribute to the development of maintenance strategies, asset monitoring strategies, asset life-cycle management strategies, spare part stocking strategies, etc. Ensure changes, maintenance and other interventions do not impact the qualified state of the equipment and provide maintenance oversight for process equipment. Ensure any changes are documented appropriately through the change management system. Ensure process operations comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Who You Are:
Completion of an approved 2-year instrumentation, mechanic or industrial Engineering curriculum at a technical school, or an AA/AS Degree in a related science or engineering major Minimum of 2 years required Preferred: 8 to 12 plus years' experience in the operation of complex mechanical equipment in an industrial / manufacturing maintenance/operation environment. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biomedical, semiconductor, and chemical, food processing, cosmetics, and/or other medical industries Self-motivated teammate with the ability to work, prioritize, and deliver results with minimal supervision. Shown success operating in teams (especially cross-functional teams) Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, computer, analytical skills and ability to multitask Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. 0-2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred. Relocation benefits are not available for this position. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Oregon is $58,500 to $108,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
