Job Description Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seekingProgram Analyst IIIto join our team in San Diego, CA The C3 Shore Modernization PAPM Support (1.0 FTE) position involves program management, stakeholder engagement, business process development, manpower analysis, and scheduling. Key tasks include maintaining Kanban/JIRA for workflow tracking, preparing meeting agenda inputs, creating brief materials, and facilitating data collection for reports. The role also manages the PAPM calendar, schedules events, updates risk inputs using tools like PowerBi, and records meeting minutes. Engagement responsibilities involve preparing stakeholder materials and executing a Communications Plan. The position includes developing business process maps, assisting with MBSE modeling, and aligning processes with PMW 790. Additionally, it identifies TAT expertise within NAVWAR and monitors schedules, advising on changes and potential risks. Job Requirements
