Job Summary:

As a Regional Directed for Community Residential Services (CRS), you will:



  • Participate as a member of the team - fostering an environment that supports individuals in pursuit of their hopes, dreams, and personal outcomes.
  • Oversee the operations of multiple services and ensure quality services are delivered to the individuals we support.
  • Be able to support and maintain a safe and secure environment, 24/7, 365.
  • Oversee the completion of all duties assigned to the Designated Coordinator per 245D requirements.
  • Have the skills and abilities necessary to develop effective support plans and to design and use data systems to measure effectiveness of services and supports.
  • Partner with Behavioral Analysts, Autism Specialists, Therapists, and medical professionals.
  • Provide structured continuity.
  • Provide guidance, encouragement, and support for the person supported to develop and implement a personal life plan that will result in reaching personal goals, development, increased strengths, skills, and coping abilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services, and a minimum of one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities and/or persons age 65 and older, OR
  • Associate's degree in a field related to Human Services, and a minimum of two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities and/or persons age 65 and older, OR
  • Diploma in a field related to Human Services from an accredited postsecondary institution and a minimum of three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities and/or persons age 65 and older, OR
  • Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to Human Services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities and/or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in the above clauses.
  • Two-three years of supervisory experience as well as team building and leadership.
  • Experience working with individuals that display significant behavioral and/or medical supports.
  • Driver's license is required.
  • CPR certificate (when required), First Aid and Medication Administration training is also required but can be obtained after hire.
  • Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance is required.
  • Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required.
