Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm Pay: $30/hr. Essential tasks: We are seeking a hands-on operator for 3-axis laser battery welders, which function similarly to a CNC mill with a laser head. Safety is our client's top priority, as this role involves working with potentially hazardous equipment and processes. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic skills (both electrical and mechanical), and the ability to interpret basic schematics. This job requires hands-on work and interaction with a diverse team, including individuals with limited English proficiency (translators provided). Proficiency in computer operation and understanding quality control processes are also essential. Qualified candidates will have related experience and experience with hand tools.
