As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will monitor and verify daily processes to ensure compliance with HACCP standards, recommending corrective actions when needed. You will conduct microbiological and raw material testing to ensure product safety and quality, perform daily production line checks, and handle product releases while ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will complete environmental hygiene swabs (ATP monitoring) to assess sanitation effectiveness, assist with food safety and GMP audits, and maintain accurate records, including batch documentation, quality reports, and trend analysis. You will also investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, reporting findings to leadership. Qualifications:
