Location: The successful candidate will be expected to work in a hybrid status of reporting to the One Energy Plaza in Jackson, MI every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with home office flexibility on Wednesday and Friday. We are looking for: Senior Process Analyst The Finance Transformation & Technology (FT&T) team is dedicated to revolutionizing the financial operations of the Controller's organization. Our primary goal is to reduce operational effort by 30% by 2030 through the strategic streamlining and automation of processes and tools.
The Senior Process Analyst is accountable for the process optimization program in support of achieving breakthrough performance. The incumbent connects the dots between objectives, annual organizational goals, processes that drive performance results, and process optimization opportunities. The main objective is to maximize performance results (i.e., delivery, quality, cost, and culture) through waste elimination and digital solutioning. Responsible for gathering requirements, conducting researching, planning & managing timeline, scope, and budget, redesigning or establishing new processes, designing and managing the development of digital solutions, and implementing process changes and digital products in business operations.
