Overview Charlie's Produce - Who We Are Charlie's Produce is a privately owned wholesale produce company. We are the largest privately owned produce wholesaler on the West Coast, and we are growing. The secret to our success in this industry is PEOPLE! We strive to hire the best and we reward them with a working environment that fosters loyalty, stability, innovation, and growth. Charlie's was founded in quality, and we are proud that it is still our focus. With a team of dedicated people who are passionate about food, supply chain, and their community we are looking for like minded individuals to help further our goal to enhance our communities through quality produce. The Farm Operations Assistant position is with Farmbox Greens the indoor agriculture division of Charlie's Produce. At Farmbox we are dedicated to changing where and how great produce is grown. Since planting our first seeds 2011, our team has created a sustainable urban farm where the harvest cycle is days, not months. Our hydroponic, vertical farm uses 90% less water than traditional agriculture, is pesticide and herbicide free, and we harvest tender microgreens daily, regardless of season. We grow in square feet, not acres. We use energy efficient LED lights and in our fully climate-controlled facility to consistently produce the freshest greens that can be served on a customer's plate within hours of harvest. From our Seattle farm located in the SODO neighborhood, we supply microgreens to local marketplaces and hundreds of loyal restaurants all over the Pacific Northwest. At Farmbox Greens we work hard because we believe that food should be grown responsibly, locally, and taste delicious. What we offer:
