Do you have Office experience? Are you looking to working in a smaller office as a Receptionist, where you have a variety of work to do throughout the day?

Our client is located in the Appleton area and is looking for help for the team to make a great impression to their customers. They consider themselves more than just an insurance agency, but they work tirelessly to keep current on all the changes affecting insurance and the healthcare industry. They provide lasting, high-quality information to pass to their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Greet walk in traffic
  • Assist customers with questions
  • Data entry, filing, scanning and general office duties
  • Take on additional office tasks as in the role

General Information:

Hours: First 30 days will work Full time, 8am-5pm, after 30 days the hours will change to part time working 25-30 hours per week either 9am-2pm or 9am-3pm for at least 90 days, potentially longer

Length: 4+ months, potential to go permanent based on the workload

Pay: $17/hour-$18/hour, based on experience

Requirements:
  • Must have Office experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prefer medical health insurance knowledge/experience
  • Outlook for email, basic Word and Excel knowledge
  • Detailed and accurate
  • Adaptable to learning new things, flexible to doing whatever needs to be done
  • Able to multi-task, organized and hard working
