Bakery Operator 2nd & 3rd Shifts

HIRING for a Bakery Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts with a great company located in Waukesha.

This is a temp-to-hire position.

2nd Shift pays $19 per hour (1:45pm-10:15pm)

3rd Shift pays $20 per hour (9:45pm-6:15am)

Overview: Responsible for baking all products in bakery area per customer or internal specifications.

Set up and run the continuous mixing line and Pita line.

Help maintain the equipment by doing a general inspection of equipment, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting and reporting any repair needs to your supervisor.

Conducting testing according to customer / internal specs.

Recording all data needed on the required intervals.

Making any necessary changes to equipment to achieve Legacy efficiency standards.

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to stand / walk on your feet for up to 8 hours or more

Ability to read / write English effectively

Ability to perform mathematics - addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and percentages

Ability to work in warm environments.
