Java Tech Architect - Onsite

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Tech Lead with12 to 16 years of experience in Spring Boot Java and Spring Framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive innovative solutions and ensure the successful delivery of projects as our next experienced lead you will bring our team from 12 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Spring boot Microservices, Microservices, and Java. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, building high-quality software solutions focused on user demand.
• Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Java and Spring Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the architecture aligns with the overall enterprise architecture and meets the companys standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Implement and maintain robust scalable and secure software solutions that meet business needs.
• Work closely with Product Lifecycle Management teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Identify and address technical challenges and risks proposing effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the architecture and development processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the development and maintenance of software solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure effective project management.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Spring Boot Java and Spring Framework with hands-on experience in developing complex applications.
• Demonstrate expertise in Product Lifecycle Management with the ability to integrate and optimize PLM processes within software solutions.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Show strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Please note that this is a Hybrid work mode and it's location will be : Mountain View, CA.USA (onsite) !!!

The annual salary for this position is between $81K - $163K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
