Lead Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 8 to 11 years of expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices and Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to design and implement robust solutions. Experience in the Merchandising domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in our projects.

Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site)

Responsibilities:

-Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

-Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.

-Develop and implement solutions using GCP, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Java.

-Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems.

-Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

-Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes and systems.

-Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.

Required qualifications:

-Between 8 to 11 years of expertise

-GCP

-Microservices

-Spring Boot

-Java Domain

-Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
