Senior Test Analyst (Release management) Location: Hartford, CT - Onsite Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * 6 - 8 years of IT experience * 7 + years of Release management experience along with QEA experience in cloud migration space * Handled shared services project which has interface across enterprise * Agile methodologies in both scrum and kanban and its ceremonies * Release management tools like service now, Rally and version controls - SVN and GIT * Well experienced in dev ops practices * Good communication skills (Verbal & Written) Roles/Responsibilities: * Release planning - Release calendar for the year with major and CMW releases well planned, release scope, goals and timelines * Coordinating releases - involving all partners, releasing documentation including contacts, tagging incidents to releases. * Process management and approvals including hard freeze unlocks, known issues approvals to prod, incidents and RCA process * Risk management - identify potential risks, mitigation plans, monitor and report risks * Metrics - define, track the metrics and publish it to stakeholders * Communication - involving right stakeholders, communication to all impacted LOBs * Compliance, Budgeting, Resourcing and continuous improvement * Audit handling Work Authorization: Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 - $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
