Location - San Francisco, CA(Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with proven experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Palantir PySpark ETL Validation and BigData Validation. The role requires domain knowledge in Planning & Forecasting and Outage Management. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English is a must.

• Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality results.
• Supervise the validation of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide expertise in BigData Validation to support large-scale data initiatives.
• Apply Palantir and PySpark to conduct thorough testing and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and results.
• Develop and implement test plans test cases and test scripts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and practices in testing.
• Monitor and report on testing progress identifying and addressing any issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for any defects or issues identified during testing.
• Implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Support the planning and forecasting processes through accurate data validation.
• Handle outage management testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on testing standard methodologies.

• Possess strong technical skills in Palantir PySpark ETL Validation and BigData Validation.
• Have domain expertise in Planning & Forecasting and Outage Management.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exhibit strong social skills in English both written and spoken.
• Show proficiency in developing and implementing comprehensive test plans.
• Have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and resolving testing issues.
• Possess a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Show the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Have a proven record of delivering high-quality testing outcomes.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $ 110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
