Location: Atlanta, GA (Battery area) Onsite : Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday Duration: 12 months+contract Description: Overview: Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Design Specialist to join our dynamic Team. This role is pivotal in supporting the redesign of our core training programs and contributing to our new product training initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, eLearning development, and a passion for crafting engaging and impactful learning experiences through innovative methods. The role will primarily focus on content creation and eLearning development, working closely with a collaborative team that values creativity and excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Core Program Support: Assist in the redevelopment of core training programs to ensure they align with current brand standards and modern learning methods. * New Product Training: Support the development of training content for new product launches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * eLearning Development: Design and develop eLearning modules using Articulate * Storyline, Rise, and Canva, ensuring content is interactive and engaging. * Content Creation: Collaborate with team members to integrate multimedia elements (videos, graphics, photography) using Adobe Creative Suite. * Storytelling in Training: Use storytelling techniques to create relatable and memorable training content. * Creativity & Gamification: Incorporate creative elements and gamification strategies into training programs to enhance learner engagement. * Change Management Support: Assist in developing training content to support organizational change initiatives. * Writing & Editing: Produce clear, concise, and compelling written content for various training formats, including eLearning modules and workshops. * Assessment & Evaluation: Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training interventions. Qualifications: * Experience: 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related role. * Technical Skills: Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Canvas, Adobe Creative Suite. * Knowledge of LMS/LCMS platforms and AI tools is a plus. * Storytelling & Creativity: Ability to use storytelling and creative techniques to make learning engaging and memorable. * Gamification: Experience with incorporating gamification elements into training is preferred. * Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills. * Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to evaluate training effectiveness. * Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Cultural Fit: Creative, growth-oriented thinker who values humor and is open to feedback. Working Conditions: * Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, use hands, and communicate clearly. * Occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift up to 200 pounds. * Environment: Normal office environment with opportunities for hybrid work.
