Non-Union Position Summary POSITION PURPOSE: The On-Site Well-being Program Specialist is responsible for the day to day management of HealthPartners worksite programs including planning, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of health promotion, health risk reduction, and disease self-management. This work is accomplished through partnership and collaboration with client staff/champions. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Create, develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate HealthPartners worksite activities. In partnership with clients and their staff/champions develop health promotion program plans that target populations based on analysis of claims and utilization, health risk and productivity assessments with appropriate objectives to achieve measurable outcomes. Assist in the development of health promotion, goals and objectives, and identify outcome measurement strategies. Develop detailed project plans, timetables, resource estimation and tracking processes to meet all deadlines. Partner with clients and their staff/champions to facilitate changes in organizational culture supportive of health improvement initiatives. Engage with clients to identify appropriateness of various programming and facilitate integration of health improvement into their organizations. Utilize and facilitate marketing and communications tactics to optimize the client's desired programing and interventions. May write communications, in coordination with the Communications Team, tailored to employer culture. Facilitate cross-company project team focused on initiative implementation, as needed. Present on physical activity, tobacco cessation, stress management, weight management, and other health-related areas. Help participants select health improvement programs, including HealthPartners health improvement programs, company programs, and community programs. Facilitate ongoing communication between customers and HealthPartners to coordinate and optimize programming. Identify and act upon barriers to success and work to achieve plausible solutions. Perform other duties as required to accomplish HealthPartners and company goals, as assigned by leadership. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in health related field. Three to five years of experience in a health promotion setting. Program development, implementation and evaluation experience. Knowledge of the principles, theories, and practices of worksite health promotion, risk reduction, disease self management and demand management. Project management skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with strong problem-solving skills. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills to support data analysis and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Visio) Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities. Ability to work with all levels in the organization. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and/or teaching experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, Community Health Education, Public Health, or other health-related field. Worksite experience in an employer setting. Previous experience writing, editing, and facilitating communication strategies and campaigns to promote employee engagement. |
