The Project Coordinatorwill support the Delivery organization byexecuting oninternal deliveryand methodologysupport projects.TheProject Coordinator willbe involved in monitoring project plans, schedules,budgets, and communication processes.This individual should be detail-oriented, flexible, a self-starter, and should enjoy working in a fast-paced, remoteteam environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures, issues and risks logs,and other project control toolsrelated to internal deliveryand methodologysupport projectsas assigned

  • Ensurethatprojects adhere toqualitystandardsand all documentation is maintained appropriatelyon each project collaboration site

  • Partner with consulting & portfolio to coordinate the development and incorporation of new tools, processes, and assets into theCynergymethodology

  • Coordinate with variousfunctionalgroups including sales, delivery, marketing, legal, finance and resource managementas needed

  • Assist with the development of PowerPoint presentationsand demonstrationmaterialsin preparation for internal presentationsand status reports

  • Standardize content across platforms and mediain alignment with company established style guidelines and messaging

  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings

  • Stay current on Workday's methodology enhancements and updates and communicate internally as appropriate

  • Work with various areas of the organization to ensure consistent communication and smooth transitions for process improvements and tool enhancements

  • Additional duties as assigned by manager

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or related field

  • 1+ years of experience inproject coordination, preferably in the IT professional services or software industry

  • 1+ years knowledge management, change managementand/or process improvement experiencepreferred

  • Abilityto work in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management, project management, organizational,and multi-tasking skills

  • Excellentwriting and communication skills withstrong attention to detail

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative,prioritization, problem-solving,and self-motivation to identify and execute tasks

  • Ability to work closely withremoteproject teams with varyingseniority levels,work styles and work schedules

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office toolset required(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, MS Teams)

  • Workday,Smartsheets,andSharePointexperiencea plus
