JOB SUMMARY: Provide custodial and maintenance support services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Custodial duties, such as: maintain floors and furniture; dusting; wash windows; clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies; dump recycle bins and garbage and reline cans; maintain company property by watering foliage, picking up litter, clearing walkways, etc. Set-up conference meeting areas. Maintenance duties, such as: relocation of equipment, supplies, and furnishings involved in office moves; perform building maintenance and repairs as necessary, including lighting and Building Security Systems. JUDGEMENT AND INITIATIVE: Usually involves repetitive and routine work within detailed procedures, which may require some judgment and initiative. Issues outside standard procedures referred to manager. QUALIFICATIONS:
WORKING CONDITIONS: Employee may perform other duties outside of job spectrum as dictated by office workload and staffing requirements. This job may require travel away from office and overtime may be required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 10-25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50-100 pounds. OTHER: Perform other work related duties as assigned by manager.
