Job Description Allstate Insurance Company is looking for a current 3L Law student to join the Client Litigation Services (CLS) Department as a Senior Consultant I (3L Law Clerk). CLS represent policyholders in claims-related litigation/disputes across the country. It also represents the Company in the defense of low and moderate exposure bodily injury and property damage lawsuits.While awaiting the results of the bar examination and subsequent admission to the bar, under the direction and supervision of an admitted attorney, the Senior Consultant I prepares pleadings and motions, conducts discovery, including reviewing documents, interviewing clients, preparing trial materials, and summarize and analyze research.
