Location: Duluth, GA - 100% onsite
Duration: Through end of 2024 contract potential to extend and/or convert
Other Requirements: Must pass 10 panel drug screen and criminal background check

Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm (Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week)

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an IT Specialist. These individuals will be responsible for packing and loading IT equipment, helping with transporting it to the new office, and setting it up. Their tasks will include unboxing, organizing, and storing equipment, imaging desktops and laptops, and troubleshooting IT equipment as needed.

Required:

• Experience imaging computers using MECM and SCCM
• Prefers experience with Service Now ticketing system
• Active Directory - to setup user profiles when imaging computers and know your way around it
• Must pass 10 panel drug screen and criminal background check
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to have:

• Pixie boot experience
