Introduction to the job
The MDM Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and governance of Master Data Management at Cymer. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce MDM policies, procedures, and standards. MDM Engineers need to gain a solid understanding of business context, goals, and challenges across the organization. Communicating effectively with stakeholders of all functions and levels is paramount, to translate needs into strategies and plans. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Master Data Management principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Role and responsibilities

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
