Appointments may be part-time and may range between 33% to 50% per course, depending on teaching responsibilities. Anticipated start:

Teaching Responsibilities: We are seeking outstanding lecturers capable of teaching one or more courses in the undergraduate Linguistics curriculum. Courses will be assigned on an as-needed basis. General duties: In addition to teaching responsibilities, general duties may include, but are not limited to, holding office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing and developing course materials (e.g., syllabus, exams, quizzes, etc.), supervising GSIs, maintaining a course website, and using a learning management system (e.g. bCourses (Canvas) site). For those who are not US citizens or permanent residents, a legal permit that allows work in the United States (such as a US visa that allows employment) is required by the start date of the position.
