The Project Manager II - Enterprise IT will coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation studies of the Project. Facilitates the multidisciplinary approach to systems development through collaborative relationships with clinical and administrative departments throughout the Hospital.

The Project Manager II- Enterprise IT will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a communication link between Project Task Forces and Work Groups, ensuring the integration of all information into the work of the Steering Committee.
  • Collaborating in the development, maintenance, and communication of the Project Plan, and developing and implementing a communication system to keep all Department Heads informed about the project's current status.
  • Supporting the development of planning activities, including creating necessary flow charts, conducting focus groups, and facilitating other related activities. Providing technical support in data gathering and analysis for Project Sponsors.
  • Coordinating tasks between functional and technical project team members and managing vendor interactions, if applicable. Ensuring that interdependent tasks are properly aligned and performed in the correct sequence.
  • Maintaining minutes and meeting reports of all project activities. Synthesizing information between meetings and assisting Task Forces in meeting goals and objectives. Ensuring that delegated and assigned tasks are completed on time.
  • Staying current in the field of project management and sharing knowledge and experience with the project management team. Coaching and mentoring project leads for other projects using the Project Management Guideline Manual.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required in the field of computer science or a closely related field.
  • 5 years of directly related experience is required.
  • Analytical skills to collect information from diverse sources, apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems or design relatively complex systems and programs that cross department/divisional lines.
