Training Specialist

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology or related training systems discipline, must possess training certification
• 10 years experience with masters or 14 years with Bachelor's degree of professional training experience, to include: establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process

• Experience developing training products for the JTT system
• Establishing training needs
• Developing goals and objectives
• Developing training programs
• Applying the instructional system development (ISD) process
• Independent work with minimal oversight

• Developing training materials and providing train the trainer type training on site as necessary
• Working independently with minimal supervision or management

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

• Travel up to 8 weeks a year
