We are seeking an individual who wants to bring experience, advocacy, and enthusiasm to help coordinate across product development teams and drive the implementation of client team requirements in ArcGIS Enterprise.

As a client team integration product engineer, you will represent the core ArcGIS Enterprise team, acting as a liaison that collaborates with a diverse, cross-functional, and global set of product teams. You will work closely with product managers, product engineers, and software developers to implement, enhance, and maintain client team capabilities in ArcGIS Enterprise. You will gather client team project requirements, communicate release timelines, be a dedicated technical resource for teams, and document internal processes.

Responsibilities



  • Gather requirements from a global network of internal client teams, both new and existing
  • Support software engineers with implementation of product requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by customers and internal staff
  • Document internal processes for onboarding and supporting client teams
  • Troubleshoot and triage issues reported by customers
  • Support and certify additional ArcGIS Enterprise portal capabilities, within the Map Viewer and home applications


Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience with ArcGIS software, preferably ArcGIS Enterprise
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience with project management and coordination
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A self-driven and quality-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Customer advocate and passionate about supporting users
  • Bachelor's in GIS, computer science, or a related field.


Recommended Qualifications



  • Master's in GIS, computer science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
  • Understanding of front-end and back-end web development principles
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging web applications using browser developer tools
  • Comfortable in both Windows and Linux environments

$74,984 $128,544 USD
