Primary Responsibilities:

As a Vaccines Performance Analytics Manager, you will engage and influence matrix stakeholders, including marketing and sales leaders, to leverage analytics for fact-based decision-making. This role offers an opportunity to lead key activities and advance your career. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to drive performance by working across boundaries to communicate and derive customer, competitor, and performance insights and make recommendations that influence decision-making and drive business results.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a thought partner with brand leads to diagnose brand performance. Identify how strategies are working, uncover barriers, and leverage opportunities to overcome them.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform independent ad-hoc analysis to provide deep dives into the business, uncovering insights that may drive performance.
  • Tech Tool Development: Lead the development of new tech tools and reporting from a business perspective to ensure new capabilities meet user needs.
  • Brand Narrative Alignment: Ensure alignment of the brand narrative across various forums and key matrix stakeholders.
  • KPI Development: Develop and maintain KPIs to measure performance and track progress towards goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance against KPI goals and use analytics tools to diagnose variances versus expectations.
  • Market Dynamics: Maintain a strong external orientation on customer research, competitor trends, and market dynamics to provide recommendations and guide decision-making.
Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • BS/BA degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics in a biotech / pharmaceutical organization, or in leading global management consulting firm

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Degree in a business or science field preferred.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., patient/claims data, shipments/sales data)
  • Experience with analytical and data management tools (SQL, Snowflake, SAS, R, Python etc.) as well as reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
  • Experience using analytics and insights to influence senior leaders
