This position reports to

Production Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of testing product to standards, i.e. work instructions, S.O.P's, and revision control.
Ensures quality operation of the process, performs quality checks and controls, including adherence to cleaning and maintenance
Must maintain pre-determined efficiency, standards and productivity rates
Prepares and maintains accurate production records and follows SOP's
Communicates respectfully with all team members
Ensures shift change is completed and forms are filled out with accurate and appropriate information.

Qualifications for the role
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 6 months related experience preferred and/or training
  • Previous experience in physically demanding work in factory environment preferred
  • Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs
