Our Company Adobe is seeking an expert Product Manager to join the Adobe GenStudio Product Management team. GenStudio is an integrated portfolio of products designed to automate and accelerate every aspect of enterprise and digital agency content supply chains. This high-visibility role requires developing and leading strategic goals to envision, build, and deliver Adobe's technology solutions. These solutions empower enterprise customers and digital agencies to scale content, deliver hyper-personalized experiences, and build efficient content supply chains. In this role, responsibilities will also include planning and roadmap activities across product teams, managing dynamic priorities, aligning core teams and partners, and communicating status both vertically and horizontally within the company and to customers. This cross-functional role involves collaboration with various teams at Adobe, as well as with customers and external vendors, playing a critical role in advancing the business. Successful candidates will have a passion for solving complex enterprise challenges, a proven background in product management, and experience working with marketing teams, creative teams, and/or agencies. They will also be dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to customers. What You'll Do

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
