Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in the preparation of engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for the mechanical engineering, fire protection, and plumbing disciplines.
  • Manage overall financial and technical performance of projects by implementing Loureiro’s project lifecycle management system.
  • Maintain and grow established client relationships by becoming an indispensable partner to our clients, both internal and external.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for mechanical engineering, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Serve as a mentor to engineers and designers within the MEP team.
  • Develop cost estimates and proposals for new work.
  • Manage engineering design and design/build projects from conceptual design through construction.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience with an engineering consulting or design firm.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • US Person - Eligible to work at aerospace and defense companies with export restrictions.  US person is defined as a US Citizen or permanent resident.
