Manage overall financial and technical performance of projects by implementing Loureiro’s project lifecycle management system. Maintain and grow established client relationships by becoming an indispensable partner to our clients, both internal and external. Serve as the subject matter expert for mechanical engineering, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Serve as a mentor to engineers and designers within the MEP team. Develop cost estimates and proposals for new work. Manage engineering design and design/build projects from conceptual design through construction. Requirements: 7+ years of experience with an engineering consulting or design firm. Licensed Professional Engineer. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
