Works independently and as a team member in a broad range of division activities. These activities may include, but are not limited to technology planning, user training of vendor provided Patient Experience data portal, development and execution of weekly, monthly and quarterly routine reports, provide assistance to user(s) and user groups using available resources, development and maintenance of project management and system development methodologies, special training assignments, other specific projects, departmental marketing, research and development, scorecard and dashboard development, data analysis and compilation, performance improvement projects, serve as a consulting resource as requested by Patient Experience Leadership.
- Lead and support system planning activities and overall service or division design; collaborating with Patient Experience Leadership.
- Conducts timely and successful analytical and reporting engagements, such as system assessments, acquisitions, performance improvement or workflow reviews, and other consulting engagements as assigned.
- Assists with providing direction for clients, staff, and vendors to resolve problems and difficulties within given projects and business practices. Makes recommendations on how to improve performance, safety, or efficiency.
- Develops standards and methodologies as part of the Patient Experience overall data strategy.
What We Require:
Education: BS degree or equivalent 8 years extensive healthcare experience. Masters degree desirable.
Experience: 3 or more years of experience in leadership, consulting, analysis, project management or performance improvement. Prior experience should include the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, Project management software or tools, and performance improvement methodologies. The applicant must possess advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Excel application. Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Certified Patient Experience Professional (Beryl Institute) desirable.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communications skills, knowledge of business practices, positive attitude, self-motivated, ability to work with minimal direction, ability to lead, and adapt to change.
