As an Associate Customer Care Representative, your role is to provide excellent customer service. You will process customer orders, handle inquiries, and resolve basic problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Responding to basic inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Providing customers with basic product and pricing information
Entering and maintaining accurate customer orders using various software applications.

Handling basic issues and complaints in a professional, courteous manner, while escalating complex issues to others.
Collaborating cross-functionally to provide accurate and timely information to customers and to provide customer satisfaction, order accuracy and order processing time.
