As an Associate Customer Care Representative, your role is to provide excellent customer service. You will process customer orders, handle inquiries, and resolve basic problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Responding to basic inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner. Handling basic issues and complaints in a professional, courteous manner, while escalating complex issues to others. Skill - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer Focus - Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
