Core Systems Analyst

Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio, Orlando or Weston, FL; 2 days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid

• Project based Team leader
• Working knowledge of solutions and standards to maintain, support and manage business problems
• Analysis and translation of business requirements into functional processes or solutions that meet business needs
• Create functional designs, combining business needs and system design/functionality
• Develop and perform quality test processes, specifications and requirements for engineers to follow
• Develop and maintain system guidelines to support solutions for the customer
• Risk mitigation planning
• Conduct system reviews, producing reports reflecting efficiencies and deficiencies
• Act as liaison between the Product Manager and the team engineers
• Manage work flow for the team engineers
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin or related field or combination of work experience preferred
• 
  

  2+ years' experience in IT or banking, within departments focused on deposits and within branches

  
  

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION

Position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes. There is an on-call schedule rotation in place for after hours support.

Minimal travel is expected.

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
