Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Program Manager IV to oversee a collection of related/integrated projects that together support a long-term research initiative. This position strategically guides one or more project managers and related technical staff to ensure they are all working effectively toward the program's stated objectives. Typically oversees moderate to highly complex scope of work. This position will support the mission of the Transforming Technology for the Warfighter (TTW) Program in the Office of the Vice President for Research (VPR) at the Uniformed Services University (USUHS) in Bethesda, Maryland. This includes administrative and programmatic support of the public-private research partnerships between USU, HJF and other partners based in the Boston, Massachusetts area, to develop advanced technology for warfighters. This position focuses on providing administrative project oversight in order to maximize the effective use of project resources. Specific tasks include coordination of yearly In Progress Reviews (IPRs) request for proposal (RFP) submission, support of USU proposal peer review, financial performance analysis on subaward recipients, and coordination of collaborations between partner investigators and USU researchers.
