We have an Account Manager opening on our Donor Recruitmentteam (Business to Business Sales) supporting Boise, Twin Falls, and surrounding areas. Our Donor Recruitment Account Managers are responsible for working with blood drive coordinators and donor groups to achieve blood collection targets for area blood drives. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: Support the attraction, retention and scheduling of potential blood drive sponsors and education of various stakeholders to maximize blood drive success and achieve established monthly, quarterly and annual blood collection goals. Compensation Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually. You will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan based on annual individual and organization performance.
