Our Company We are looking for a Senior Design Program Manager to join our team and provide immediate impact to the Growth design field within the Adobe.com design team. In this role, your primary responsibilities include operationalizing design processes, including owning management tools, building alignment, and prioritizing work to ensure timelines and business objectives are met. Experience communicating across audiences, creating clear plans out of ambiguity, and updating executive partners are central to success. What you'll doLead You'll cultivate cross-functional partnerships with product managers, engineering leads, and design leadership to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. As a key orchestrator, you advocate for design excellence, streamline priorities, and drive consensus across teams and functions. Strategize You excel in breaking down sophisticated initiatives into manageable phases and aligning partners on priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You translate high-level goals into actionable, well-structured plans that move initiatives forward despite organizational complexity. Think at a systems level You are adept at working with design systems and ensuring that program plans and processes support scalable UX patterns and components across applications, workflows, and use cases, reinforcing consistency and efficiency. Communicate thoughtfully With strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, you expertly convey the rationale behind program plans and design strategies to diverse partners. You proactively share insights and standard processes to elevate program execution and drive alignment across the Design organization. What you need to succeed

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $112,000 -- $214,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
