Supervisor, Factory Repair - Oxford, MA

The Supervisor is directly responsible for the supervision and production in the Systems group ensuring that orders are completed efficiently and using industry standard techniques.

Duties:

*Supervise, train and direct the work of assemblers and technicians
*Effective communication with management on production, orders, issues
*Generate production orders, output and ship completed material
*Identify materials shortages and/or discrepancies
*Apply industry standard and lean manufacturing techniques
*Identify quality issues and make improvements in efficiency

*BS in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering preferred
*Minimum of 10+ years of supervisory experience with PCB Assembly / electro/mechanical assembly
*2 -- 5 years proven Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
*Ability to read and follow written instructions and schematics
*Strong communication skills required for interaction within the group, with other departments as well as all levels of management
*Proficient Data entry skills
*Comfortable working in an ESD environment
