Position Summary:
This position will provide project engineering technical support for various operations (Warehouse, Distribution, Production) in Nutraceutical facilities. In this role, the individual will be responsible for project management - administer budgeting, design, installation, qualification and commissioning, knowledge transfer to maintenance team of new/modified Capital Projects. Additional responsibilities include, assisting Warehouse, Distribution, and Production Departments to resolve maintenance related facilities, production and quality issues, conduct training, maintain and update documentation relating to job. Assist Sr Project Engineer/Manager as needed on factory improvement initiatives / projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist / Execute management of projects from beginning to end, including drafting proposals, creating spreadsheets, researching, and selecting images, contacting vendors, and overseeing production and delivery.
* Working with the Sr. Project Engineer / Manager to help establish priorities, schedules, and deadlines for tasks
* Assist engineering team in tracking deliverables for existing projects / Assist in defining deliverables for new requests, managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
*Schedule, coordinate and document meetings with action items, next steps, follow ups, and reporting project status to stakeholders and supervisors
* Scheduling meetings and appointments, conducting research, collecting data, compiling reports, and summarizing information
* Assist with the creation of and proofing of product documentation (FAT, IOQs, ICC, SOPs, OPIs)
* File management- set up folder structure, track and manage file transferring between project teams
* Knowledge and competency - Develop, learn and pass on knowledge in the Warehouse, Distribution, and Production areas cross functionally with primary goal of developing good troubleshooting skills and continuous improvement skills within Maintenance team members
* Provide project management and technical engineering support for Factory Warehouse, Distribution, and Production operations on small / minor projects involving modification and/or installation of new capital projects. Administer design, preparation of cost and timing schedules, installation, qualification and commissioning before turnover to factory. Assist to train, knowledge transfer - Team Leaders, Operators, and Maintenance personnel. Prepare and issue documentation as required.
* Provide engineering assistance for day-to-day Factory activities and projects. Work with Warehouse, Distribution, and Production to establish and assure the quality level of the finished product complies with FDA regulations and specified quality standards.
* Establish and maintain a strong working relationship providing for effective communication and exchange of information flow between plant teams and external resources.

* All employees will support and participate in Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) as a part of their job responsibility within their Business Unit or as assigned within the factory.

Experience and Education Requirements:
* BS Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Project Management
* Experience in Warehousing, Distribution, Nutraceutical processing or equivalent in FDA, USDA regulated food, beverage or dairy plant Preferred
* Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and MS project preferred.
* Understands principles of QMS, HACCP, and SOP's.

Theapproximate payrange for this position is$75,000.00to$95,000.00.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
