Job Description Responsible for the generation of new revenue with the sale of group ancillary products and services to new and existing medical and ancillary customers, working in partnership with assigned brokers and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina health sales representatives. Comprehensive knowledge of all group ancillary products and services (including dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, voluntary products and MEC), commission agreements, rating and financial arrangements. Basic, voluntary and flexible benefit proposal presentation and enrollment.
