You'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability of aviation repair and maintenance through training and preparation. As a Training Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the administration and successful program execution of technical training including the new hire onboarding process for the San Antonio site. The administrator will provide administrative and coordination support for the operations of the training facility along with facility management and business development activities. What you'll do: - Coordinates advertising, contracting and enrollment process for facility courses and programs - Maintains enrollment records, course notifications, and course completion status for students - Coordinates the procurement and payment of contracted services for the operation. - Create and manage schedule for resources for all training events (i.e. instructors, training rooms, PC labs, practical training areas) - Records and tracks expenses and prepares accountability reports - Develops and maintains procedures and guidelines for operating the campus facilities - Coordinates and maintains inventory and purchases all training material - Administers customer contracts to ensure compliance - Uses the Request to Ship System to coordinate shipments of training material to various locations - Support New Hire Orientation/Onboarding schedule and plan - Support (field) daily employee email and telephone "help" requests - Manage and maintain employee training & qualifications records - Support internal and external audit events - Assists instructors with preparation of course/training materials Education Requirements: - High School Diploma What skills you will use: - Highly proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) - Exceptional interpersonal communications with demonstrated customer service skills and attitude - Ability to organize in a detailed manner - Fluency with MS Office software and ability to learn company information systems - Ability to represent the organization in a professional and positive manner - Ability to work independently Benefits that make life better: - Comprehensive Healthcare - 401(k) with 100% company match; up to 5% vested - Paid Time Off starting on day one - Bonus opportunities - Health- & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts - Short- & Long-Term Disability - Life & AD&D Insurance - Learning & Training opportunities Raising the Standard of Excellence since 1911 With over a century of proven excellence, StandardAero has become an industry leader in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field.
