Summary of Role: The Senior Accountant, SEC & Financial Reporting will join Lantheus as a key member of the Finance team. In collaboration with management, the Senior Accountant, SEC & Financial Reporting will assist in several aspects of the Company's monthly close, consolidation, internal controls, internal management and SEC reporting processes including; preparation of the monthly consolidation and internal management reporting packages; preparation of monthly journal entries; performing technical accounting research, analysis and communication; and assist management in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures and controls across the organization. Key Responsibilities/Essential functions: * Financial Reporting: Preparation of the Form 10-K, 10-Q and financial information related to the quarterly earnings releases to ensure timely filings. * Consolidation: Prepare month end consolidation reports in SAP S/4 HANA including cash flow statements. Ensure timely completion of these reports to meet internal and external reporting requirements. * Month End Close: Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations for various aspects of the close, including debt, stock compensation, equity, lease, intercompany accounts, EPS and other areas as requested. * Earnings Releases: Prepare company earnings release documents, including adjusted results and investor materials. * System: assist in maintenance, enhancements and navigation of company systems, including SAP S4/HANA, Workiva, Fidelity, FinQuery. * Cross-functional Partnership: Partner with FP&A on internal reporting and assist with preparation of monthly CFO/CEO packages and Board materials as well as budget/forecast support. Works closely with Legal and Investor Relations on the preparation of quarterly earnings release materials and other public-facing financial documents. * Technical Accounting Expertise: Research recently issued technical US GAAP and SEC pronouncements, evaluate risks and implications to the organization and assist in preparation of technical memos. * Controls and Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls and documentation over areas of responsibility and support internal and external audit requests. * Other Projects: participate in other company projects or complete ad-hoc tasks as requested.
